Yes. Send the estimate by email and the client opens a web view where they can approve or reject it and leave comments, from any device. You'll see the decision, the comments and the full audit history on the estimate.
Can I convert an estimate into a project?
Yes. Choose Convert to Project from the Actions menu and each line item becomes a task in the new project. You can bring the estimate total across as the project budget, use quantities as task time estimates, use amounts as fixed billable amounts and turn inventory item types into sections. Estimates convert into invoices the same way, and one estimate can be linked to several invoices.
Can I quote in other currencies?
Yes. Choose any currency per estimate, use real-time exchange rates or enter your own, and create templates with translated labels for international customers.
What is the difference between a quote and an estimate in Avaza?
They're the same document type. Avaza calls the module Quotes/Estimates, and because some jurisdictions imply a legal difference in the naming, you can override every label on your template — Quote, Estimate or Proposal — in any language.

Yes. Each estimate has a notes section for validity, terms and next steps, and once saved you can attach files from your computer, Dropbox or Google Drive — clients preview them online alongside the estimate.
