Our Story
Avaza is a fast-growing Australian startup on a mission to transform & streamline the operations of small to medium size businesses, particularly professional services companies.
The company was founded in 2014 by Tim Kremer & Behram Khan, both long-time veterans of the Australian IT, media & consulting industries. At close 2016, Avaza has helped transform 25,000+ businesses in 150 countries.
The Avaza cloud-based software, is an all-in-one professional services automation tool, allowing companies to collaborate on projects with clients, track time & expenses and send invoices.
By combining project management & financials, Avaza can provide powerful integrated reporting previously out of reach of smaller businesses. For example, project profitability and employee utilization analysis.
In another industry first, Avaza is the first company to optimize it’s entire business suite for mobile devices, allowing true on-the-go company operational management.

Tim Kremer
Co-founder
Tim has spent the last 10 years consulting & managing enterprise consulting companies in the competitive Australian IT industry.
His experience includes developing major projects for Mining, Engineering, Medical, Media, Manufacturing & Finance industries, both in hands-on and leadership capacities. These include leading the team developing the public website for the largest Engineering company in Australia and developing the Intranet for Australia’s largest Media company.

Behram Khan
Co-founder
Behram was previously the head of software applications at Australia’s largest media group (Seven Media Group), where he managed teams of 40+ developers in the largest media management system development in the southern hemisphere.
He has extensive qualifications & experience in finance, accounting & computer science. He has previously consulted in Oracle Financials.
Behram regularly makes himself available to assist businesses in transforming their operations and make the most of Avaza’s powerful features.
