Set up Avaza + Slack in Zapier
No code and no developer needed. Most Zaps take a few minutes.
1. Connect both apps
In Zapier, create a Zap and sign in to Avaza and Slack when prompted.
2. Pick a trigger and an action
Choose what starts the Zap and what happens next, for example “New Task Created” in Avaza and “Send Channel Message” in Slack.
3. Map fields and switch it on
Match fields such as title, project, customer and dates, test the Zap, then turn it on.

No. It runs through Zapier, which connects Avaza to thousands of apps. Avaza's built-in integrations are Xero, QuickBooks Online, GitHub, Google Drive, Dropbox, Stripe, PayPal and Payoneer, plus Google single sign-on.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
You need a Zapier account, and Zapier's own plans apply: simple two-step Zaps run on its free plan, while multi-step Zaps (for example, searching for an Avaza project before creating a task) need a paid Zapier plan.
How quickly do the automations run?
Avaza's Zapier triggers are instant: Avaza tells Zapier as soon as a task, project, invoice or other record is created or changed. Zaps that start in Slack run on the schedule Zapier uses for that app's trigger.
Does Avaza have its own chat?
Yes. Avaza Chat gives your team and the external contacts you invite channels, direct messages and file sharing, with apps for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. The Slack integration is for teams that already work in Slack.
