Zapier lets you use triggers and actions to automate tasks that would normally require custom development, thousands of dollars in upfront development, and long deployment times.
You can select a trigger (for instance “any time a user sends an invoice in Avaza”) and an action (for instance “create a new invoice in Xero) through a simple wizard-like UI in Zapier. The trigger/action pair make up what is called a Zap.
Zaps run instantly and perform the defined action based on the trigger. This saves users the hassle of having to manually do these repetitive tasks.
