What were the challenges?

We used WHMCS and other free tools for timesheets.

It was hard to stay organized, keep all the data in one place and also run useful reports using it. We selected Avaza because it offers multiple features under one platform, including project management, task collaboration and timesheets. It also allows us to convert timesheets into invoices and has a friendly interface.

As a small team, we failed to sometimes look professional because of the lack of organization. With Avaza all that has changed, and for the client, it is all much clearer and organized.

Avaza helped us get more organized, especially our Projects and Tasks. In my position as a Graphic Designer, it is now possible to assign work to other partners and control timesheets, while having a quick overview of where each project and task stand. For the company, Avaza made it easy to convert Quotes into Invoices, or Timesheets into Invoices. As we are a small team, with some of us having multiple roles, the speed and ease of use of the tools are also really important for us, Avaza fulfills that requirement too.

We love the friendly interface, the continuous updates & improvement of features and the great customer service. At this moment our company keeps using the old software (WHMCS) just because we have some clients that use our hosting services, but in all other matters, we are transferring all of our organization to Avaza, which is currently our favorite tool.
