What were the challenges?
We were using Microsoft Excel to manage all of our timesheet and expense entries before moving over to Avaza. Our team members would manually make entries in Excel, and then email those files to the person responsible for collating all the timesheet and expense data.
This used to take us a lot of time, and having an online time tracking software that lets us stay on top of timesheets and expenses easily has been great.
We love how easy Avaza is to use. The fact that there is a cell phone app available for both Android and iOS is a bonus. It provides us with access to reports for time and expenses from anywhere. It’s also appropriately priced for the current company size.
It is a really good software for us to get to timesheets, expenses, and to track our client information easily. We no longer need to send files to each other or worry about syncing data across platform or users. Everything is done for us by Avaza, and all we need to do is enter the information.
The expense reports that we are able to deliver to our clients that include links to pictured receipts have been extra helpful in keeping track of our employees’ expenses for our clients.
There is an Android and iOS app, which is super helpful as they provide us with access to reports for time and expenses from anywhere.
