We’re excited to announce a powerful Advanced QuickBooks Online Integration & Advanced Xero Integration. While we already have Zapier integrations for these and 1000+ other apps, the new integration options are more powerful accounting-grade integrations. You can access these via the Advanced Integrations area in your Avaza Settings. Over time we will add additional integrations here with leading platforms.
For now, you can connect with Xero and QuickBooks Online so you can sync Invoices created in Avaza. This feature is available as an add-on ($20 per month per integration) for all paid plans.
Getting Started with Advanced Native Integrations
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Plan Add-ons
Click on Edit next to Current Advanced Integrations Add-ons.
Enter the number of integrations and click Ok. (For now, we only offer Xero and QuickBooks Online as integration options).
Managing Advanced Integrations
Once you’ve enabled Advanced Integrations, you will be able to go to Settings > Advanced Integrations and manage your integrations, view data and much more.
Advanced Integrations has five tabs allowing you to manage existing integrations, add new connections, review data, manage sync and ask for support.
1. Manage
Manage existing integrations on the Manage tab. You can see all the integrations that are active, view additional options, and also edit an existing integration if you need. Learn more about integration with Xero and QuickBooks Online.
After you set up your first integration, you will see a “Synchronizations are disabled” message. Click on the link provided to go in and choose when the sync should start from, and run it manually if required.
2. Connections
Add new connections or view existing connections on the Connections tab.
3. Data
View all data that has been synced. This includes Invoices, Contacts, Inventory Items, Taxes and more.
4. Sync
Manage your synchronization settings, including time zones, integration start date, or trigger a manual synchronization. By default, the sync runs every hour.
In the coming year, we will continue to add more apps to our advanced integrations, and also increase the types of data you can integrate. Do let us know your thoughts in the comments.
5. Support/Help
Contact our advanced integration partner, OneSaas’s support, via the Help tab within the integration, or reach out to Avaza’s 24/7 customer support to get help with any integration issues!
We hope you’ll enjoy this new feature! Happy New Year from all of us!

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE INVOICES ARE CREATED IN QUICKBOOKS?
Hi 🙂
If you use one of the integrations we offer (Advanced Integrations, or via Zapier) you will see the invoice created in QuickBooks Online every time the sync runs. Please contact support@avaza.com for further help with this 🙂
