We create a separate project for each customer engagement. Separate tasks are created for each deliverable and with Avaza Reports we are able to stay on top of our project financials.

We schedule all our staff on projects with the Avaza Resource Scheduling module. The visual and interactive interface makes it easy and fun to optimize schedules and improve the overall utilization of our staff.

Time Tracking
Our entire team loves tracking time in Avaza. The time tracking module is easy to use and hardly requires any training. With multiple ways to track time (timer, day view, week view, timesheet app etc) our team captures all the relevant information in a timely manner.
