Avaza has entered into an agreement with Payoneer Inc (https://www.payoneer.com) so that you can use their suite of services as part of your Avaza account. Payoneer’s payment services include online billing, prepaid debit cards and global payments services.
It is your choice whether or not you use Payoneer’s payment services as part of your Avaza account. You do not have to use Payoneer’s services. However, if you do choose to use Payoneer’s services as part of your Avaza account, then you must acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You have read and agree to the applicable Payoneer service terms and conditions as are available to the user from his Payoneer “My Account”
- You acknowledge and agree that all information and data that you have provided to Us for the purposes of operating your account can be shared with Payoneer via the API used for the integration. We will not share Your personal information with Payoneer unless it relates to the provision of Payoneer’s services.
- If you are a European entity, you acknowledge and agree that all information and data provided by You to Us may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area for processing or other purposes which are necessary for the completion of Payoneer’s services. Because the European Economic Area has its own data privacy laws, a transfer of your information and data outside of this European zone may subject your information and data to a different level of privacy protection. We do take your privacy seriously and comply with our legal obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for our commitment to you.
- You authorize Us to send requests for payment to third-party payers and receive payment’s information and status notifications on Your behalf.
By checking the consent box you agree to items (1) to (4), and to the integration of Payoneer services to your Avaza account.
