What were the challenges?
Infinitus has a distributed workforce. Our existing processes were unable to efficiently allocate work and collaborate with the team/customer contacts in the context of that work. Our project managers were unable to track project progress in terms of budget and profitability often resulting in project overruns. Our prior time tracking tool was not as robust often resulting in billable time slipping through the cracks and not being invoiced.

Time Tracking
We were looking for a project management solution with a strong time-tracking component. We are delighted to see that Avaza held true to that promise.
