Hot off the press!
We’re excited to announce the launch of Avaza’s new, flexible Dashboard.
There have been so many votes for the ability to customize the Avaza homepage dashboard, and we wanted to build something that would become more and more useful over time. Read More
Sub-tasks has been one of the most heavily demanded features, and it’s finally here. You can now break larger tasks down into smaller pieces, making it easier to get through the entire task. Team members can easily view sub-tasks on each task in the Project-level view, and through the task itself.
One feature that has been requested by many customers is the ability to see all tasks assigned to a particular person, even those across projects, in one place. Avaza has recently introduced My Tasks, which allows you to do just that.
Having access to a bird’s-eye view of a particular team member’s, or your own, tasks is definitely something that can help you manage workload and ensure projects get completed on time and within budget. It is also more productive to be able to view tasks assigned to you without getting distracted by what the remainder of the team is up to, so you can get a quick start on your day.
The good news keeps rolling in. We now have a cool new feature to rev up Avaza’s Expense module: Recurring Expenses, that allows you to automate the process of filing expenses that you incur on a repeated basis, for instance rent, web hosting and subscriptions of any nature.
We love automating your menial tasks so your business can focus on the cool stuff it does! Read More
Do you have any subscription based invoicing that needs to be done on a regular basis? Starting now, you can automate this process by using our brand new module for recurring invoicing! The Avaza team has worked hard to develop a powerful and flexible solution for managing any invoicing you need to perform on a regular basis.
As Avaza’s invoicing can be linked to your overall consulting/project management ecosystem, you have a totally streamlined way of including any uninvoiced timesheets and expenses as well.

Dynamic variables are smart tags on a recurring profile that are replaced with actual data when the invoice is generated. These tags can be used in Subject, Line Item Description & Notes fields.
We support the following tags. Please note that these tags must start and end with :: for Avaza to replace them with real values. Issue Date as the name suggests is the date that is set in the Issue Date field of the invoice. Read More
One of the very useful and easy ways to create tasks is via Email. Every project in Avaza has a unique email address you can send emails to.
To find the unique email address for any project, click the 3-dot context menu that appears next to the project title:
